I think they are trying to get their order quantities up for this set so they get good allocation on Double Masters. There is a slim chance that WotC inverted their typical spoiler plan, and have decided to keep the better cards for the end of spoilers, but even then we would still likely wind up with a mediocre set, which would wind up being "X or bust" in value. With each spoiler it becomes compoundingly improbable that such is going to occur.
